Pretty
After the grungy, dark pics of the last few days, I felt light, colour and prettiness was required. So, it was perfect when I saw the dresses on offer from LVS&Co for the BugTussle Garden Party! They had a very Pride and Prejudice feel to them. Mmmm, Mr Darcy...cough. (Excuse my Colin Firth moment there).
LVS&Co is also having a minihunt with The Dollhouse and Sher's Cottage Garden. You are looking for little teacups and saucers around the sim. The teacups cost a little (like 1L) so be aware.
The icing on the cake was the hair I bought from Truth and the ones I found in the ChiChickie Minihunt. The Minihunt starts at the ChiChickie Mainstore (I will only put the starting point on here, and not which hair is at which place, to make it more challenging for ya!) and takes you all over SL to different Chichickie stores. You are looking for hair clips and it is not easy, but I managed to get there, so you can too! (My hint is that the clips change colour to blend with their environments).
Then I found some other lovely bits and pieces from Kamikaze, Aqua and No Strings Attached and I felt all my summers coming at once!
I thought it couldn't get better until I saw the gorgeous picnic set that {what next} has put out for the Spruce Up Your Space weekend. Think of it as the cherry on the top and the planets aligning.
Also thought it was an occasion that warranted dinner with a friend. Perhaps to thank him for all his hard work or...
I hope he doesn't notice the almond flavour...
