As for me, I am wearing an outfit from the FROST Fair from [Cynful].  It is called Ultschfit and comes in a variety fab colours which you can alter with the HUD.

The boots are from MoOH and are the Punk Short Boots.  They come with an outfit called Cute Winter and you can wear them with or without socks.
