Rising Damp

I am no structural engineer or anything but I am thinking some of these houses around here are having issues with water in the basement.  I am pretty sure I won't get invited in for tea and scones.

I think I will just stay out here and chat with some of the wildlife.  I think I saw some pelicans about earlier.  Heaps of seabirds anyway.
