Keep Calm

Today is about being calm and peaceful.  I am not letting myself panic or be fearful.  I am being sensible.  I am buying what I need, but not hoarding or storing.  I have friends I know who will help if I need it and I am keeping tabs on my family.  I am washing my hands throughout the day and not listening to fake news or people handing out advice who are not medical personnel or doctors.
