Rest and Stretch

I am out jogging today and I have stopped to rest and stretch.  Also it is hot and the view is fab!  I am so glad I am wearing the right gear today to keep me cool.  This GAS sport outfit is perfect for running the tracks and it will be easy to jump into some water at the end. I am pretty keen for a swim right now.  I hope these falls are safe.
