The Forgotten
The residents of this abode have all but been forgotten. They live in the darkness in the cells and only come out into this common area at night. This is a chance for them to moan, groan and rattle their chains about the landlord and his disregard for those living here.
Actually, to be fair, 'living' is not quite the right description for those that dwell here...
