The Watcher Watches

The cemetery sits deathly still.

 It's inhabitants lie in eternal sleep.

Stone tells stories of lives long gone

And angels forever weep.

But no tears are shed for The Watcher

Yet his gaze stays fixed upon each one

Stuck in the darkness between two worlds

Until all time is done.
