Doer Upper

Sure this place needs some TLC and is a definite doer upper, but the bones are solid and there is no rot or termites.  

All it needs is some love, some paint and a LOT of money thrown at it.  Or you can just love it as is and go with the whole haunted/psycho vibe.  I am pretty sure they will throw the ghosts in for free.  I mean they might be nice ghosts.
