Baiana

I have shown you some inside and close-up outside pics of this home over the past week (HERE and HERE), so now I finally finished decorating the house to get you a full exterior shot.

The house is Baiana from Scafall and is currently 30% off at Shop & Hop. It is a mix of PBR and Legacy and has a Land Impact of 68 which is amazing for a house this size.  

The entrance to this home is on the side of the house which opens into a hallway which leads either  upstairs or to the main living area. At the top of the stairs is a walkway leading to a large room with a private balcony area. I have set this room up as an office, but you could make it a bedroom or bathroom if needed.

Downstairs is a huge open plan living area with high ceilings and a recessed space under the upstairs walkway that would be great as a kitchen or dining space. This leads into the bedroom which you can see here.

There is also a small patio area area at the back of the living room so you can easily find a spot in the sun or to watch the sun rise or set!
