Out at Sea

Being playing around with this awesome house over the last few days and enjoying being out at sea with no neighbours in sight.  I keep looking out for dolphins or orcas, but so far I haven't seen any.

This stunning Lavinia House is from Erfe Design  and you need to go take a look at it to fully appreciate how awesome it is!  It is made to sit in the water, has an LI of 210, and comes with an easy to use rezbox.

The house has 2 big multi-purpose rooms off of the entranceway as well as a smaller room at the back of one of the rooms that could be a bathroom or an office.  As you can see it also has this fabulous patio area for outdoor living and dining as well as the dock area for your boats, jetskis or submarines!

The endless pool has animated water for a realistic look and comes with 30+ pool animations for swimming, poolside reclining, sunbathing, couples, and adult fun.

The house also comes in PBR (shown) and Legacy.
