House on the Water

I have had so much fun the last few days setting up a lake on my platform. I wish I had known I could do this when I first started in SL and I had a skybox floating in the sky with no base under it and nothing around it. Just a box in the sky.

The house I am showcasing here is the Kalon / Cabin & Bridge from Scafall. This is a modern cabin that can serve as a lounge, studio or office and everything is legacy & PBR enabled.

There are some cool features of this build:

• There is a little cubby hole by the front entrance steps designed to hold a candle. 
• As you enter, you have a little entrance way you can personalise.
• There is a window hatch on the roof, to let some fresh air in, but also a cosy deck area with stairs (that doubles up as your boat dock/diving board!
