This lovely retreat is a self-contained option along a quiet semi-rural road on the edge of a quaint township. It is a three-storey building with all the amenities you would expect from a quality home. It has 3 bedrooms including space in the attic and basement that can can be utilised as sleeping areas.
The house itself was built in 1799 and features pine beams, antique furnishings, and a wine cellar. Some other more unique features of this home include the gravestones in the front yard, a cauldron that continues to bubble, a hanging tree and a bottomless well.
Also it must be noted that several friends, family, and guests of the owners have experienced supernatural events here; footsteps in the hallway, lights turning on and off on their own, orbs in the living room, a music box that plays by itself, and even a shadowy figure in the kitchen and dining room have all been observed inside the house. However, the owners are careful to note that no activity has been reported in the guest rooms thus far; furthermore, the activity isn’t malevolent in nature.
