This house on this street is not just a place to sleep. It is a place to invite your friends over to see how awesome it is. 

Both the house and road in front are the focus of today's post and the perfect combination to create your own house in the middle of the street or anywhere on the street you want.

The Dartford Estate Cottage is from Trompe Loeil and there are two versions of this house in the pack. One comes with two semi-private rooms downstairs and two private rooms upstairs, and the other is an empty version which is open-plan both upstairs and down.

There are plenty of fab features in this home, but the two I love are the circular staircase and the circular skylight above it. This house has loads of light all round which is great for any season, but you can also buy the snow add-on so you are ready to view your winter wonderland from any area of the home.

The road and pavement are from Canarun. The Mataya Road Set comes with all the pieces you need to create a roading system on your land or sim. It also comes with a hud so you can have dark or light pavements. Both go great with the road. 

I found this set super easy to use and set up for this photo, which I love. Simple is best!
