Breathe Deep

I needed this message today. I head back to work tomorrow and I have a case of the 'impending doom'. Today I am reminding myself to breathe deep and to take one day at a time. I know my minor issue is nothing compared to what is going on in the world, but it is super important to look after yourself or you are no good to anyone else.
