Togs Undies

In Aryland we have a cool ad that focuses on the fact that if you are near the beach your swimwear is acceptable, but it is not okay if you are a certain distance from the beach as then they become underwear.  You see a guy wearing swimwear not unlike mine today walking from the beach onto a street and as he walks the voiceover guy says, "Togs, togs...undies" to show the point where it all gets a bit weird.

BTW in Aryaland we call swimwear 'togs' and underwear 'undies'. That may help you make sense of the story.
