Kiwi

 Today, you are in for a treat because I am going to teach you about the difference between kiwi, kiwifruit, and the other type of kiwi.

1.  Kiwi - this is a flightless bird native to Aotearoa New Zealand.  

2.  Kiwifruit - The kiwifruit is a brown, fuzzy fruit about the size of a large egg.  The centre can be green, gold, or berry coloured.

3.  Kiwi - A nickname given to the people of Aotearoa New Zealand.  It derives from the bird, not the fruit. It was a name given to the men during WW1.
