Slight Accident

I seem to have come across a tragic accident involving a rotund man dressed in red and a sleigh. There were assorted gifts scattered about the scene, but no sign of the animals that were pulling aforementioned sled.  I have rung the police and an ambulance, but it is not looking good for the poor fellow.
