The Brownstone

The Gardener (our neighbour/land developer) has redesigned our land with a Victorian theme so it was the perfect place to put this Claremont Brownstone from Trompe Loeil. In fact, the neighbours have commented on how great it looks. 

This striking three-story home has red, black, or white brick exteriors, front and back stepped entrances with optional planters and plants, three downstairs rooms, two private second-floor rooms, and a full-size, accessible attic. Interior highlights include tintable plaster walls with natural wood trim, reclaimed wood flooring, second-floor balconies with glass double doors, privacy windows, secure auto-open locking doors, exterior lighting, and Trompe Loeil's integrated home control system.
