Hunkering Down

Today, I have created a little corner of my home that has all the necessities for dealing with storms, whether physical or emotional. 

I have a comfy spot to sit with access to loads of books, macaroni cheese, blankets, coffee, heat, and games. I am set unless the power goes out in which case I have a candle nearby to guide me to bed.  Best place to be. 

I created this scene with two sets from two different stores, but they just worked so well together. 

First up is the [QE Home] Phoenix Decor Set on the right, which includes the console table, wall sconces, and art. As with all [QE Home] products, each item can be touched to access a menu for you to change the wood textures and/or metal textures of the different parts. I love this as it makes it so easy to mix and match with a variety of other items.

The second set, on the left, is the Snug Nest from CHEZ MOI which includes the snug chair (PG or adult), the nest bookshelf (with accessories), the two side tables, and the plant. There is also a hud so you can change the colour of the snug chair to suit your taste.

The chair has 40 single animations (20 female and 20 male), 40 couple animations, and an extra 60 animations in the adult set. 

This release is exclusive to the Anthology Event from January 21 to February 17.
