This home is a perfect example of that and I am loving it. The SunnySide Retreat from The Domineaux Effect is available in Legacy and PBR textures and is a two storey home that is all about light and indoor-outdoor flow. 

The main entrance with covered verandah opens into an open-plan living area with corner windows and hardwood floors. To the right of this is a room with a smaller separate room that would make a great bedroom and bathroom or bedroom with walk-in wardrobe or office.

Upstairs is another open-plan area that could be a separate lounge or bedroom that opens onto a rooftop outdoor area to take in the views.

This home is the perfect size for a couple or for a single person, like me, who likes a little bit of space and rooms that can function as different home areas.

Also from SWANK we have the Erstyn Deciduous Tree Spring that I showed you the other day and also this super cute Copper the Chameleon Lawn Ornament. The trees and ornament are both from Hawker's House. Perfect for a spring or summer garden and I love the burst of colour that Copper adds to this scene!
